• Fake payment screenshots: Never trust a screenshot. Confirm the money actually landed in your account.
• Overpayment scams: If someone "accidentally" sends too much and asks for a refund, don't send anything back. The original payment is usually fraudulent and will be reversed.
• Gift card requests and odd payment methods: Stick to payment options you've vetted.
