Insumataq Studio, also operating as Own Your Journey, is a health and wellness studio based in Auburn. It offers movement classes such as kundalini, somatic yoga and barre, breath and meditation sessions, embodied experiences including ecstatic dance and aerial yoga, healing sessions such as Body Recode and PSYCH-K, and ceremony and retreat offerings. Classes are sold as single drop-ins, class passes and monthly memberships, and the studio also offers private sessions by appointment.
