Nigeria's Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation,Dr Betta Edu has laid the foundation stone for the construction of 40 units of modern toilets for Alheri Leprosy Colony in Yangoji Kwali Area Council, of the federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
